Treballar la condici\u00f3 f\u00edsica adaptant-ho a l\u2019edat i situaci\u00f3 de cada \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0participant.<br \/>\n&#8211; Fomentar les bones pr\u00e0ctiques individuals i col\u00b7lectives dins i fora de la pista.<br \/>\n&#8211;
